Raf Crijns, Diplomated Osteopath, Causopractor and Physiotherapist has experience with riders and horses for many years.
The question that came in mind the last years is: “The horses are treated as athletes, but what with the riders?” They perform “top sport”, but are they treated as sports men? Are they living as sports men? …
Our experience with other sportsmen and women in tennis, cycling, football, basketball, volleyball,… , stimulated us to explore the possibilities in the equestrian sport.
Our approach of the riders focusses on the balance between the physical, mental and nutritional functioning of the human body. In a way we can treat acute complaints, but overall strive to prevention. With up-to-date screening techniques, from a holistic point of view we search and cure the cause of the imbalances and problems that are present.
